This Return & Refund Policy governs all purchases of children’s toys sold via playbuddypro.shop, including squishy fidget toys, bubble solution refills, hair gem styling kits, family board games and party favor toy packs. Our brand prioritizes full customer satisfaction with every kids’ play product we ship to US customers.
1. Valid Return Window
We accept customer-initiated returns for all unused toys within 14 calendar days from the confirmed delivery date of your order. If 14 full days have elapsed after your toy package was delivered, we cannot approve refunds, exchanges or return shipping labels for your purchase.
2. Toy Return Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for a full refund or exchange, your returned children’s toy must satisfy all of the following requirements:
- The toy item remains completely unused, unopened, undamaged and preserved in its original factory retail packaging with all included accessories, stickers and instruction booklets intact.
- You must provide valid proof of purchase, such as your original order confirmation email or digital receipt sent to your checkout email address.
- All returns require pre-authorization from our support team; packages sent back to our warehouse without prior return approval will be rejected and returned to the customer at their cost.
3. Step-by-Step Return Process
- Send an email to our support inbox support@playbuddypro.shop including your full order number and clear photos showing the unused toy’s original packaging and condition.
- Our team reviews your return request; once approved, we email a pre-paid US return shipping label plus detailed instructions for packaging and drop-off location.
- Securely repack the toy in its original retail box, attach the provided return label, and drop off the package at the designated US carrier location as directed.
4. Return Shipping & Restocking Fee Terms
- Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Toy Shipments: If your order arrives broken, missing parts, or contains the wrong toy product due to our fulfillment error, PlayBuddyPro covers all return shipping costs at no charge to you.
- Customer Remorse Returns: If you ordered the wrong toy size, style, or no longer wish to keep the kids’ play set, we still cover all return shipping fees with zero extra cost to the customer.
- Restocking Charges: We never apply restocking fees to any valid toy return submitted within our 14-day return window.

The full purchase amount will automatically be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note bank and credit card companies often add additional processing delays before funds appear in your account balance.
7. Product Exchange Guidance
The fastest solution to receive a replacement toy is to submit a full return for your unwanted item. Once your return request is approved, you may place a brand-new separate order for the correct toy product you wish to receive. We do not offer direct swap exchanges without completing formal return processing first.
